SUSHI & BOWLS

We sampled three sushi rolls on Saturday, 3/08 and they were absolutely delicious!! The presentation was exceptional and the size of the rolls were much larger that we have ever experienced! If you live either in the Springs (as we do) or Denver, it will be worth your drive to check this place out! I wish I had taken a pic before we ate, they were a work of art!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Here is a combo review. One with takeout dishes and one with dine-in. Both experiences was great. This is the first place we went to when we moved to Castle Pines.Food was delicious. I really loved the crispiness of the tofu. I was afraid that the dish in the takeout container would be soggy but it wasn't.We really like it here. If they added a sweet potato roll on their menu, my boys wouldn't go anywhere else.

We absolutely love it! Owner Jenny personally came to our table to greet me and my family. Cozy atmosphere and for the time she is in Castle Pines she will need expand her business and that’s a fact! Good portion we couldn’t finished eating! We need to go over the dessert menu next time for sure !

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."My wife and I came here after one of the other local restaurants had an excessive wait time. We've had this type of food before and have been to many different types of sushi/ramen restaurants, but this one tops everything we've had to date. All of the staff are extremely friendly and make plenty of jokes and ensure you have exactly what you need. If you need more sauce or anything, they do not hesitate to make sure you have it. As for the food, it is more than just out of this word. Everything just melts in your mouth, and you can taste every ingredient. I've never had a katsu dish where everything (and I mean everything) comes together so perfectly. The sauce, the meat, the cabbage, and the rice. Everything comes together swimmingly, leaving you full and satisfied. We absolutely can't wait to come back and will certainly be coming with empty stomachs. I would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant over any of the other locations, Asian type restaurants. You definitely get what you pay for here. Everyone here deserves a wholesome tip.

By far, the tastiest most beautiful sushi I have eaten. The service was spot on and very attentive. The lemon roll is off the chain!!

Wow, who knew this place would be so good? I had the Tofu Tempura and my daughter had the Chicken Yakisoba. The flavors are exquisite, everything is so fresh. We can’t wait to come back. The portions are also quite large. We could have easily split. Now we have leftovers!

The food was outstanding! Sushi was fresh and the rice was just perfect texture. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. The service was friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed every single bite of the food. It ia a treasure of Castle Pine for sure!

Loved the sushi and the friendly service. They make their own sriracha and soy sauce. They were both SO GOOD. All sushi was fresh, I prefer the basic rolls over the super topped ones as you can get a nice tastes of the fish!The beef bowl had nice flavor and the veggies in it were great. Will be coming back!
